When we feel a bit tired and hungry; in the midst of sightseeing, on the tourist trail between the Fountain of the Four Rivers, the Church of St. Agnes in Agone, and the Pantheon, we must make a stop for a delicious pasta. Osteria da Fortunata is our „culinary recommendation” on the map of Rome.
The restaurant is described as a place famous for probably the best pastas. What is extremely interesting and charming is that here the pasta is being made by the cooks before the patrons’ very eyes.
Caution. Waiting time can be up to one hour, especially during the weekend or in the peak of the tourist season.
